This initial phone call is the first step to the therapy process. It provides an opportunity for you to express your needs and what you are looking for in therapy. While it offers only a glimpse into the therapeutic process, this consultation provides valuable clarity for next steps. It helps us both determine if we’re a good fit for each other and it’s an opportunity to decide if you feel comfortable and supported.
Individual Counseling
45 minutes | $150
Individual counseling involves a collaborative process between a therapist and an individual seeking support. Within these sessions, you'll have the chance to delve into your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This is a space for personal growth in a supportive therapeutic relationship. It can help you gain insight, develop coping skills, improve relationships, and work through challenges.
Adolescent Counseling
45 minutes | $150
Therapy offers a confidential and supportive environment where young individuals can address the distinctive challenges of adolescence. Common issues that might be addressed include academic stress, relationship with family/parents, self-esteem, and emotional regulation.
