3 signs you need trauma or anxiety therapy:
1. Your worldview or self-talk tend to be more negative than positive
2. You experience a difficulty regulating your emotions and may have periods of feeling in control and other periods of overwhelm.
3. You are able to recognize patterns and hear that you are “very insightful” but have difficulty making effective changes and reaching your goals.
These are just a few ways that trauma or anxiety may show up in someone's lived experience. If you connect with these or think you may benefit from therapy with me, reach out now and book a free phone call to chat more!
