Iā€™m passionate about helping you grow and be authentic.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor in Colorado. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Educational Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin in 2018. I then moved to Colorado to attend the University of Northern Colorado, where I graduated with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2020.

After graduation, I worked at a group private practice, alongside incredible therapists and received significant supervision and consultation hours. In 2023, I decided to pursue my dream of opening a private practice as a licensed therapist.

I have the pleasure of working with teens, adults, and women in the Front Range community who are dealing with anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem challenges. I have 4+ years of experience working with hundreds of clients, doing thousands of hours of therapy to help them gain insight, control, and empowerment.

I live in Longmont with my husband and two cats, Luna and Astra. I am a passionate lifelong learner and always look for opportunities to learn about mental health, as well as taking time to continue to learn about myself. I recently found inspiration to restart old hobbies and begin new ones, including Pilates, baking, reading, organizing, doing puzzles, painting, having game nights, going for walks, having tea/coffee with friends, and giving intentional time to myself, professionally and personally.

My Approach

I am committed to helping women build self-confidence, live authentically, and feel secure through evidenced-based anxiety and trauma counseling with a compassionate touch. I engage in a collaborative approach to help you manage anxiety and trauma symptoms, improve self-worth, and increase emotional intelligence. You deserve a comfortable and understanding space to process your experiences and deepest self. I believe the therapeutic relationship nurtures a space where change and growth can happen. I provide guidance and will gently challenge you to promote growth and deeper awareness of yourself and your thoughts, beliefs, and emotions. I'm excited to get to know you as we begin this healing journey together.
